Sales Team

 Andy Lang

Andy began his career in packaging at the age of 16, working for his father's contract packaging/sales agency company, Industrial Packaging Corporation, in South Bend, Indiana. He worked his way up from pushing a broom to becoming a packager on one of the 12 H-100 Autobaggers, and then to driving a fork lift and finally moved into Sales at the age of 22. Andy was promoted to Sales/General Manager in 1990, overseeing all outside sales, as well as assuming direct responsibility for the Contract Packaging Division. In 1995, he left Industrial Packaging and went to work for a packaging company out of Florida, handling their southeastern territory. After some soul-searching, he and his family decided that they missed living up north, so after two years, they moved to East Troy, Wisconsin and have been there ever since. Working within the packaging industry from that point, Andy decided to take a chance to see if Bill and Scott were looking to put on an additional Sales Representative, and the rest is history.
Andy has been married for 24 years to Karen, and they have three children - Erin, 24, Steven, 19, and Christy 17. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping. Andy can be reached at Andy@managedpackaging.com.
