Integrated System utilizing Dorner Conveyor, Weighpack Scale and Automated Packaging AB 255 with Pi412W Thermal Transfer Imprinter
This system is used for conveying, weighing, imprinting and packaging of rubber medical parts that are used in the manufacture of medical surgical devices.
Fully integrated system with a low profile packaging line and custom loading equipment. Taken into consideration was the special height requirement and special motor mount modification.
This sytem is used for automatic box closing (all minors and majors) and taping.
